Willow and Foraged Wood Platter Workshop

Join me for a day of creativity and nature connection, weaving a catalan-style tension tray or serving platter. This hands-on workshop is designed for both beginners and those with some weaving experience, offering a perfect blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and connection to nature.

We will be working with pre-prepared willow and foraged twigs to create a tension tray or platter. Perfect for serving breads and baked goods, they also look beautiful hanging on the wall! You will be guided step-by-step, and group size is limited to 6 people, so you will get plenty of detailed attention and support.

We will also be heading out to forage for suitable twigs and sticks to use in our platter. During this part of the day, there will be an opportunity to learn about identifying different trees, their uses and folklore, and plenty of space to slow down and connect with nature.
